SONARGAON

Sonargaon was the executive center of medieval Muslim rulers in East geographic region. It became because the capital of geographic region throughout Isa Khan's ruling. The world falls beneath current Narayanganj District, Bangladesh. Nowadays the name Sonargaon survives as Sonargaon Upazila therein district.

History of Sonargaon

Pre-Muslim amount

The name Sonargaon came because the Bangla version of the traditional name Suvarnagrama. Hindu ruler Danujamadhava Dasharathadeva shifted his capital to Suvarnagrama from Bikrampur someday within the middle of the thirteenth century. Isa Khan's ruling of Sonargaon
